As you move up the learning curve, the System you used will be replaced with a more effective Process. The Interestingly thing to keep in mind is that all Staff Members must have the ability to carry out the tasks delegated to them, no matter what the reason for the Coaching.

It doesn't matter if your Facilitation is at home, at the workplace or both. If staff members can carry out the assigned tasks then they'll be more likely to successfully complete the Coaching, and if they can't then you'll need to rectify the situation. This can be challenging, but it's essential to successfully execute your organization Training. Organizational goals are always to define the organization's goals and create the internal environment that will drive the business forward.
